SteadyHand360 LLC provides career coaching, resume services, interview preparation, AI-powered career tools, and related educational services.

We are not an employer, employment agency (unless specifically stated), or guarantor of employment.

Eligibility

Acceptable Use

By using our services you agree not to:

• Misrepresent your qualifications
• Use another person's identity
• Attempt to access another user's account
• Use our services for unlawful purposes

AI Services

Our AI tools provide informational assistance only. They are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or employment advice.

Users are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before submitting it to employers or third parties. SteadyHand360 LLC makes no representations regarding the accuracy or fitness of AI-generated output for any particular purpose.

No Employment Guarantee

Using our services does not guarantee:

• Interviews
• Job offers
• Employment
• Any specific salary level
• Promotions or career advancement

Our services are designed to improve your preparation and increase the probability of a positive outcome. Actual results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, employer decisions, and individual performance.

Payments

Fees, subscriptions, deferred-payment programs, and success-based pricing (where offered) are governed by the applicable service agreement provided at the time of purchase. All fees are disclosed clearly before any purchase is completed. Refund terms are specified in the applicable service agreement.

Intellectual Property

All website content, software, AI models, templates, videos, branding, and educational materials are owned by SteadyHand360 LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Work product created specifically for you as part of a paid engagement (such as your resume or LinkedIn content) is licensed to you for personal use. We retain the right to use anonymized, non-identifiable content to improve our services.

Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by applicable law. SteadyHand360 LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SteadyHand360 LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use of, or inability to use, our services
• Reliance on any content, advice, or materials provided
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any other matter relating to our services

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above may not apply to you in full.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws specified in the applicable service agreement or, where no service agreement applies, by the laws of the jurisdiction identified on the website. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings.
